Our Services

  • General Health Check

A General Health Check-up for pets is an essential way to monitor your animal’s overall health and wellbeing. It includes a full examination of the skin, coat, eyes, ears, mouth, teeth, paws, and claws, as well as checking weight, temperature, pulse, and breathing. These checks help spot any health issues early, allowing for prompt treatment. Regular check-ups are key to keeping your pets healthy, happy, and active. At our veterinary clinic, your pet’s health comes first, and we are committed to providing the highest standard of care for your much-loved companions.

    Fleas, Ticks and Wormers

Fleas and ticks can spread several diseases, including serious ones like Lyme Disease and Bartonellosis, which can affect humans. Worms may cause suffering, illness, or even death in cats and dogs, and some types can be passed to people. Even healthy-looking pets might carry worms, so regular worming is important. Protecting your cat or dog from parasites not only prevents discomfort but also helps stop the spread of disease. Learn how to safeguard your pets and family from these unwanted pests.

    Vaccinations and Boosters

Vaccinations and boosters are vital for protecting your pets from infectious diseases, helping them live long and healthy lives. Vaccines prepare your pet’s immune system to fight off harmful viruses and bacteria, while boosters keep this protection up to date. Keeping up with vaccinations is a proactive way to prevent serious illnesses. At our veterinary clinic, we tailor vaccine protocols to your pet’s age, lifestyle, and health, ensuring the best possible care for your beloved companions.

    Diagnostics

Veterinary diagnostics are essential for detecting and understanding a wide range of health issues in pets. At our clinic, we use advanced tools like blood tests, urinalysis, X-rays, and ultrasound to assess your pet’s health in detail. These methods help us spot problems early, allowing for timely and accurate treatment. Our dedicated team is committed to providing precise diagnostics and the best possible care to ensure your pets enjoy a high quality of life.

    Dental Care

Good dental care is essential for your pet’s overall health, as dental problems can signal or cause wider health issues. Our clinic provides a full range of dental services—from routine check-ups and cleanings to extractions and advanced procedures—to prevent and treat oral disease. Regular dental care helps stop plaque, tartar, tooth decay, and gum disease, which can be harmful if ignored. Our skilled team is dedicated to keeping your pets’ mouths healthy, so they can enjoy a pain-free life and a happy smile.

    Weight Clinics

Weight clinics are a valuable way to help your pet maintain a healthy weight and overall wellbeing. Keeping your pet at the right weight helps prevent issues like diabetes, arthritis, and heart disease. Our clinics provide tailored weight management plans, including diet advice, exercise routines, and regular check-ups, all designed for your pet’s individual needs. We also guide owners on nutrition and activity, helping you make the best choices for your pet’s health. Our caring team is here to support you in keeping your pet fit and happy, so they can enjoy life to the fullest.

    Neutering

Neutering is a responsible way to prevent unwanted litters and help reduce the number of animals in shelters. It also brings important health and behavioural benefits, such as lowering the risk of certain cancers and infections, and reducing behaviours like marking, roaming, and aggression. Our clinic offers professional, compassionate neutering services with a focus on your pet’s comfort and well-being. We provide careful post-operative care and guidance, supporting you through every stage to ensure your pet recovers quickly and comfortably. Our goal is to promote a healthier, happier pet community through responsible care.

    Microchipping

Microchipping is a simple but vital way to help reunite lost or stolen pets with their owners. A tiny chip, about the size of a grain of rice, is placed under your pet’s skin and holds a unique ID number linked to your contact details. Our clinic carries out microchipping with great care to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety. It’s important to keep your contact information up to date so you can be reached quickly if your pet is found. We’re committed to promoting responsible pet ownership and are always here to advise you on keeping your pets safe and secure.

"Could you afford an unexpected veterinary bill of £2000"

In the absence of a Pet National Health Service, lifelong pet insurance may offer the best solution for pet owners when unexpected large bills arise. We recommend that our clients consider taking out quality pet insurance.

So, what are the benefits of pet insurance?

  • Peace of mind in the event of illness or injury

  • Financial help to cover the costs of unexpected treatment

  • Able to make decisions based on what is best for your pet without worrying about the cost of treatment

  • Improved treatment options and outcomes for your pet

Choose the right pet insurance policy?

It is important to realise that not all pet insurance is the same. You should take the time to carefully consider which type of policy is right for your pet.

  • Lifetime Policies

  • Maximum Benefit Policies

  • 12 month/Time Limited Policies

  • Accident only

What else should you consider?

  • Excess

  • Additional Cover

  • Pre existing conditions
