We understand that taking your animal to the vets can be an emotional time and we welcome feedback about our veterinary team and or services.​

Here at Jacqui Paterson's, we work to the highest standard and have the best interests at heart  for you and your pets.  If you have any concerns or issues please contact us and we will will work with you to address these.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you are advised to put your complaint in writing

Your complaint will be investigated and an appropriate response will be sent to you as soon as our investigation has been completed.
